If you pass this initial check, you’ll be invited to pay a £25 administration fee and upload your supporting documents. Our team verifies your file within one working day. After the final review is approved, you will sign the contract, settle the service fee, and transfer the security deposit. As soon as we receive the funds, we reach out to your landlord or letting agent to execute the deed of guarantee, typically within 24 to 48 hours.
We operate with a transparent, 3-step pricing structure:
- Initial Admin Fee (£25): A one-off payment to process your application and set up your file.
- Service Fee: A single charge for the professional guarantor service itself.
- Security Deposit: This is not a Fee. We hold this amount securely as collateral to satisfy your landlord. It remains your money and is fully refundable at the end of your tenancy.
