Our service is built around a deed of guarantee designed to align with standard UK Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) agreements. Here’s the planned process.
Apply & reference
You complete a short application and provide standard referencing documents (ID, proof of income, right to rent).
Place a security deposit
You place a refundable security deposit, held in a separate account from our operating funds. It remains your money and is returned at the end of the tenancy subject to the terms.
We act as your guarantor
We provide a deed of guarantee to your landlord or agent, covering rent arrears up to the agreed amount, so your application can move forward.

No. Registering your interest is free and creates no contract or obligation. We are not taking any payments at this stage.
What happens to my security deposit?
It is held in a separate account from our operating funds. It remains your money and is returned at the end of your tenancy, subject to no outstanding rent or damages.
Will landlords and agents accept your guarantee?
Our deed of guarantee is being designed to align with standard UK AST agreements. As we open, we’ll work directly with landlords and agents on documentation.
